Cooks come today

 Up for devo.  Pickleball. Black Friday with Bev, Joan, Jean, and Sue?.  Brisket at Pat and Mark's.  Pick up Cooks at the Airport at 9:30 pm. 

Visit with Kathy

 Pickleball at 8-10. Clean and put away pirate stuff.  Nancy went to lunch with the ladies.  We cleaned, DeDe did the floors in Nancy's room.  I went to the pool for about an hour.  Barb and Scott stopped for a short visit.  Denny ordered pizza and we took it to Reals.  Lord, please answer the call of my heart.  Looking forward to Cooks coming tomorrow.  

                                                                 

Denny fishing

 I had gotten us and read my devo from 2-3 am and then went back to bed.  I didn't hear Denny get up at 5:30 to go fishing.  Sue knocked on the door about 7:30. Luckily she came to get me up before pickleball.  I played about 2 hours.  I went to the pool for about 2 hours.  At 3 Bev and I went to SPI.  We met Denny, Merle, Bruce, Brad and Jerry at Port Isabel.  At home we chilled and I watched a movie Tyson's run.  

Painting

Slow morning.  I got a text from BB saying I could be in the art class.  YES!!!  We went to church at Chapel.  We went to the beach for about a half an hour and then to Lobo del Mar.  It was a fun class. Denny went to make a Walmart Run.  After painting we had some nachos out by the bay and talked to Luke on the Phone.  At home we watched the Super Bowl and the all a\American Halftime.  Another good day in the Valley.

Fun Week banquet

I have been waking up with a very sore neck.   I think I am going to use a different pillow.  Uffda!!   I went with Gail and Bruce over to their church's garage sale.  I got stuff for Craig and Sue.  At the park we practiced for the skit at 4.  I went to the pool.  At 3 I went to then hall.  Our skit went ok.  My part .. not so hot.  My wig kept falling off.  The treasure chest I filled with gold gottertulle spilled all the candy out. Uffda!!  Next ws the awards ceremony.  Denny came home with a first place in darts, I got first in Ponytail and second in horseshoes and second in pickleball.  About the time our food came, Craig and Sue got to the park.  I stopped by and greeted them with TexMex.  I had a great visit with Sandy.  Denny stayed at the dance.  Allen did the chicken dance very well.  Shakee your bootie!!

Petanque

I played pétanque and our team didn't really do that well.  Jean got home from the hospital.  At 3 I went up and helped blow up balloons to decorate the hall,.  We spent time on the deck with family. plus Londa and Louise.

Horse Shoes

I wore a Merle hat for the first part of my match with Merle and Joyce.  When I stomped on the hat my luck started to change.  Mike G and I ended up getting second.  After horse shoes Joyce and I went to Kathy's and worked on a line dance.   At night. we watched tv in the bedroom. I went to see Jean in the hospital.

Happy Birithday, Anabel!!!  May God continue to bless you.  He has a great plan for your life.  

There was pickleball Fun week.   4 teams of gals.  I and Nancy got second.  We watched some of the guys games.  Then Gail, Joan, Louise, Bev, and I went to black Friday. Treasures, treasures and more treasures

 Jean went to the hospital after she fell and wasn't sure how she fell.   .  

Shuffle board.

 I lost right off the bat at shuffle board.  Mark J was my piercer.   Kathy K. came to 407 and helped me choose clothes for Saturday.  Men's pool was at night.  Denny has raised the step railing to make getting up the stairs easier.  It took work to get paint off the side of our trailer.  I invited Kim and Don (Dubuque) to sit on the deck.  We had Gloria for supper of pizza.  I called Anabel for her birthday and wasn't on the deck visiting the whole time.  Uffda!!!  

Fun Week Darts, Pool, Ponytail

Busy day.  In am we had darts tourney.  I made a couple of last throws to get to zero. but we lost 2 games and we were out.  At 2 pm I was in charge of ladies pool.  16 gals It took a long time.  I played with Patrice.  We got finished right before 6 when we started to play pony tail.  I think our team did pretty good, but final standings are not available.  Torren's Elk River department had recognition get together. 

 

Chapel and painting.

We went the 9:30 service and then to the beach.  At 12:30 we went to Lobe Del Mar.  The painting class was fun for me.  I added 4 grands into the picture.  I'm not 100 percent accepting the picture I painted, but uffda! At 6 we went to the hall.  Hgtv at night.

Chill

PB at 9,  It was so fun.  Cool great weather.  and good players.!!!   The rest of the day we chilled.  Around 4 we went to Real's to catch up on her trip.  At home we fixed stir-fry veggies and hamburgers. Denny signed me up for Angel movies a couple days ago.  It was what I wanted for my birthday.  My dress for Haley's wedding

 

This is Christy's birthday

 I got up and baked banana muffins.  At 9:30 Roberta, Carolynn, Kathy K. (and Jean) came for M Coffee. BSF at noon was very good.  After a nap I went up and worked on the pool brackets for Fun Week.  At Brownsville golf center Gail got a hole in one!!!  Schrums took us out for Mexican at Bigo's for Chrisiy's memorial.  So sad to lose a child.  

PB

 I played PB.  It was a  fun bracket.  ... planned play by Bruce.  I worked on BSF.  At 3:30 I went to horse races.  Denny said he got the most ever compliments on his jokes..  We went to Bransons afterward for fun week plans.  I sent this text to Bruce and Gary.   I made picard plans for the class on Sunday.   

Music and Louis back yard.

 We went to Lobo del mar for breakfast.  Then we stood in line for Louis back yard.  The music was great!!  We got home and just chilled.  

Uffda!!!

 Slow am.  I took Louise, Gail, Jean, and Denise to Black Friday $2.  When we got back I rode with Bruce and Gail to watch young Bruce and Gary play pickleball.  Slow game time.  Trouble when it went longer than planned.   So kind that Gary (at Bruce's suggestion) let me use his car so I could get home for supper with Sickles and Jerry and Joan.  

BRRRRRRR Ordered trollius

 29 degrees is cold here.  I stayed inside most of the day.  I did take some stuff up to the free table and cleaned out drawers.  Mandy started her Revelation Wellness class last night with 25 class members.  I saw this saying for my tall grands.  We had a question last night because we got a chromcast notification from the bunk house.  The electricity must have been out and caused a rebooting.

Chapel by the Sea

 Slow getting around morning after dance last night.  We picked up VK's for church.  It was a great service.  Music was amazing, Choir great, and sermon inspirational:  1 man, 1 book (Bible) and 1 horse.  3 examples.  Ken and Lisa left for airport, probably not flying out today, but staying in a hotel until they decide to leave Brownsville. I watched tv, Denny cleaned up the kitchen.  We watched some football and a movie and  rested on a very cold day in Texas.  Uffda!!!  I found out I got some eucalyptus coming in May from Jakes.  At first it wasn't okayed by Jake, but now it is.  Gloria and Bruce

Sock Hop

 Lisa, Bruce, Gail and I played PB from 8-9 then we went to the Coffee and Donuts.  Then back to play PB until 10ish.  Clean up and travel to SPI.  We ate at Lobp Del Mar.  We went to Isla Blanca Park Beach.  Denny Helped Ken get the download for his airplane updated.  At 4 we went to Bransons for preparty.  The Sock Hop 7-10.   It was really fun.  Hola hoop, bubble gum l=blowing, limbo, and lotsa dancing.  Lisa used Jill's poodle skirt, I wore black and Pink lady jacket.  I put on pink boots when they played, ' These boots are mfw."  After the dance I gave the boots for Presley.  She was tickled and put them on right away.   Name of the group was Warman Trio.

                                                       

                                                      

#406 gathering

 Lisa and I helped with newbies pickleball.  Denny and Ken made a trip to the airport.  I spent an hour at the pool.  At 3 Gail and  Bruce invited golf and PB over for a get together.  We sat out by the resaca during the get together. So thankful Finchers, Bransons, Londa and others come out to talk.  

To Boca Chica

We played PB.  Nancy went to Bridge with Schrums.  We went to Boca Chica with VK's around 2   It was a relaxing afternoon, just sitting and watching the waves.   There was a guy from Clear Lake who knew Kavin.   VK's brought over chicken for supper and Denny grilled it.  I fixed green beans, garlic and almonds.  

Sister Get together.

I drove to $1 black Friday with Gail, Jean and Joan.  I spent around 12 dollars.  Treasures, treasures, treasures.  Lisa and Ken were in #92 when we got back. They came over for lunch.  At 3 we had a sister get together.  About 20 gals plus the 4 of us.  At 6 we went to the hot tub with Ken and Lisa. 

                                            

Paint with BB

 I played d PB in am.  I left about noon and went to LoboDel Mar.  The painting turned out ok,  Definitely need to improve.  

Girls Golf

I played PB at 8.  Gail picked me up for Golf. 16 gals.   Louise, Laurie and LeeAnn were in my 4 some.  Nice time at C&C afterwards.   John E. came over to visit and then Danny J joined him at #407 SO Denny got out the Male Crisis clinic sign.  So funny!!!
