Golf with Gail

Pretty good night sleeping.  I left for oBreda around 8.  Filled up with gas and took my flowers into the clubhouse at Breda.  All of my asparagus sold.  Gail and I shot a 43.  Our putting ws not that hot. On of the 2 some  After we ate we went thrifting in Carroll.  When we got home it was too windy to plant any of my many that are under the tree.  Travis came out and said it was cold in the basement.  The installation guys are not here yet.  .I got 3 roots of Trillium Lemon Queen. Lord, help me to grow them  Uffda!!

Church SS and get the Home Place ready.

 Up for devo and SS.  We worked on straightening after church.  The dede works well. I spent a lot of time making a i movie of the triathlon.  Our airbnb didn't get here until after 5.  Great g'ma,Susan,  Precious, Travis, 5 year old, 5 year old, 2 year old, 9 month old, and TWO dogs.  ufdfa!!  G/ma Susan has to work at 7 am tomorrow morning in Galena.  So there's that.  We watched TV before heading to bed.  I guess we put some stuff away as we watched tv.  It just takes time to get settled.  

SiouxPerMan Tri

 The boys and I headed to  Sioux Center to watch Mandy and Jason swim, bike,run.  Fun day.  I didn't know where to park, etc, but it all turned out okay.  We got there in time to see Jason swim, bike and run.  We missed Mandy's swim, but got to see her bike and run.  I left around 11 and called IG Hardware to mix some paint for me so I could put it on the wall downstairs where Denny put the TV.  I got spray paint to paint the shelf for the microwave downstairs.  We moved to the bunk house for this next week.  The Prairie Whole group didn't show up today or yesterday.  Their texts were kinda vague.  Mandy gave me a big pot for my tree.  I painted it

Full Day !!!

Up for devo, finish Texas shirt, put away clean dishes, and pack car.  I got to Olive branch about 8:15 and worked until 11:15.  Then to Cherokee for BSF in the parking lot.  After school the boys played in the school playground and I finished my zoom BSF fellowship time.  We went to DG and then to HyVee for bounce houses.  Then home.  I went to Holstein.  Cooks went to Rooted small group.  The murphy bed at Cooks is very comfortable.  

Study Shorten shirts

I was up early for devo and I started to declutter for Airbnb.  Denny had 4 shirts that I started to shorten and make his day.  He had a Dr appointment where Dr. Veltri said, You're ok, refill prescriptions and sso some blood work.   

Pickleball

 I went to IG and played PB with Craig, Sue and Dave.  I got a few annuals at Bomgaars.  4 packs were $1.25.  Denny went to work after working on getting the mowers running.  uffda!!!  When I got home I took a nap, fixed pork loin roast and cauliflower in the crock pot, and started to mow.  It was going well, then there was a metal panel that had blown off a roof, so I turned off the mower to move the panel.  WRONG MOVE!!  It would not start again.  Uffda!!  I got willow sticks for Pastor from the pruning I had done earlier.  We got a reservation for Prairie Whole for the month of May and today we got a booking for May 4-10 of the Home place.  I spent a lot of time putting together a hammock instagram.  At night when Denny came home we spend much time trying to get my mower moving   NOPE.  He had to pull it with the bobcat.  Sweet new about Rose from Lisa VK. 

OGT

 I was up and devo then to OGT.  Denny drove tractor for Larson's. After OGT I went to bergmans' and Brenda and I went to Cathy's plant shop.  I got 2 blooming little sunflower plants.  Then we went to Geholings and I got some cosmos and Blue Victoria salvia.   Brenda got beautiful geraniums for her porch.  SO pretty!!!After a nap I started to mow, but when I was in the soccer field, (close to being done) This mower seemed to get clogged up, so I drove it back to the machine shed.  My mower wouldn't start for me.  I fixed pork burgers and poppers in the crock pot.

Last minute get together.

 Up for  devo, napped in recliner.  I went out and weeded/cleaned yup dead debris.  Denny started working on water for bunkhouse.  I got to Teresa'x and had a quick visit with Jordan.  Sudan drove and we headed to Missouri Valley Pizza ranch to meet Kathy W.  It was great to spend time sharing info on our lives.  Thank you, Jesus for Good Friends. I got home about 4.  Denny was in Cherokee getting a part for the lawn mower.

Church and SS.  Mary Kay and John are back.  I about cried when I saw Joyce and Steven S. and their per row of daughters in church. What a blessing.  After church we came home with the idea I would spend water time later along with PB in IG.  We had asparagus soup.  Uffda!! I picked about 10 pounds yesterday. and made soup and put in my mew quart jars wit Mason genie.  Atou 2 I headed in to IG and played PB with Schnabel girls.  Also Dave, Craig, Peyton, Ava L,, and Fritz and Renae until it started to sprinkle.  At home Denny had didi running and he was working on the Historical reservation.  I finished my devo and worked on blog.  Uffda!! Another blessed day Especially because I made arrangements for meeting up with Kathy W. Teresa and Susan TOMOrrOW.  And Brenda Tuesday after OGT.  Thank you Jesus.  

YES!!!! Plants in the ground

Denny left to drive tractor with instructions on basement and garage jobs.  So that was what I worked on.  Dusted, checked towels, changed bedding. Then took out trash, moved suitcases,  took a load to CSA.  When I got that done, after several rests, I started to plant lisianthus in the clay garden.  with some snapdragons.  Teresa had invited me to her place, I didn't want to go until I got the plugs in the hayseed garden also.  It is suppose to rain.  Well, when I got done putting them in the ground, I put on clean clothes and headed to T.  Short visit there, offered pink flower dishes to Tatum, she'd think about it  On way home I stopped at Sherry's nice short visit.  I was home little after 5.   SO thankful to get plants in the ground.  I think I put in about 100 lisi.  Fun conversation with BB my painting teacher about getting a picture hung up.  Missy, Louise and Anabel ran 10 K. 

OB

Left home and was at Olive Branch around 8-11:30,  Big mistake I should have gotten free bakery item there.  I did zoom BSF.  They laughed at me and asked if I live in car,  Boys and I had carrots and veggies before going to Sanford museum.  Such a cool hands on Ben Franklin exhibit.  We had a great time.  Next we went to garage sale t Cath church.  I got a frame for my painting $2.  We met Mandy there and went to office.  Mandy and Jason went for an hour bike ride, boys and I went to the skate park and then picked up Pizza.  We ate at th ofiecee patio. Jason stayed to work while we went to Aurillia garage sales.  I got about 15 quart mason Jars for $5.  I headed home to find Denny just getting back from working for Larsons.

Tax

 I was able to snuggle in for a while then up and devo.  I went out and planted status.  Hopefully it will rain and water them in.  My Dr. appointment with Dr Veltri went ok.  My blood pressure was 99/67   them 97/66.  Dr. lowered my dose from 20 to 5 on lisonppril.  He said HE DOES NOT DO THIS.  but 2 measurements and my being so tired encouraged him to change dose.  He took needed information to get me signed up for Sleep apnea if needed in s couple months.  Even a neck measurement.  Also he ran a blood text to se my cholestrial levels and thyrod level.  I got some aqua / metallic netting at Doses for $3.  Uffda!! Bible study at Sue's with Teresa, and Carol.  I brought daffodils and gave some to everyone.  I stopped at Lewis to get my prescription and them headed home.  Nice rain.  We watched tv and had omelet for supper.  Gals really like the flowers.  

OGT Cherokee

 I was up and devo and head to IG by 8.   I played OB with Dave , Sue and Craig from 9-10.  Denny is discing for Curtis.  Oooops Not the whole field, just the water washed gullies.  I was at Mandy's about 12:20 for a quick visit and short lie down and rest.  Jan and I got a salad to share and took it to Spring Lake.  Beautiful day!!  I picked up the boys from school and met Jason at the dentist office.  Tyler had some work done.  

Dentist appointment.

 I slept pretty well, up at 6, in to dentist at 8.  My crown was put in 1987 and still looks good.  Perhaps the pain in the tooth is the inside eating itself  or something like that.  SC Oaths maybe could put a hole in crown and treat infection $1500.  Or pull tooth $300-500, then implants $5K.  But I have time to think about it.  Probably wait until it starts to hurt again.  Uffda.  At home Denny cleaned bunk house, got odd running thru kitchen area.  I tried to plant some littles in soil blocks.  Uffda!! mainly got kitchen floor and sink a dirty mess.  Denny got lawn mower running.  Good day, but I sure feel tired a lot.

  

Church SS Moorehead

 Up for shower and devo, i went diwn and got the Prius out of the shed.   i put air in 2 tires until the dummy light went off.  We both drove to church and afterwards Denny went home and I continued my chilling by the water after services.  Moorehead park.  Pretty out there.  Kinda windy.  I stayed about 2 hours and read thru the first part of our new SS book about Ruth.  I got home and took a nap.  Jean called about 4 and had returned from Minneapolis so I went to get the eucalyptus she picked up at the post office for me.  For sure that wasn't the best idea.  Uffda!! Maybe half the plants might live.  

Workin at 2981

 Up at 6, devo and sister call at 7:15. We spent the day putting stuff fron suitcases, cleaning off patio, moving furnture out to patio, rototilling , Sherry had problems and needed to get her pickup Towed, we fixed hamburger, onions mushrooms garlic and of course asparagus. I fixed cream cheese cocoa cottage cheese and whipped cream.  We watched tv before going to bed. I ordered from loratennios dome clothes for $48.  Lord, it seems that that is too good to be true. Uffda!!!

Last day of travel

We showered and had a great breakfast we were on the road by 7.  Devo, bfs, and updating blog were the activities for the shotgun position . (me)  :)   We stopped at Walmart and got groceries.  Home about 4:30. 9 1/2 hours of travel time today.  Thank you Lord for safety.  Great to be home.  Flowers look great! Thanks, Jessica!  Picked asparagus.  Denny grilled and we had asparagus for supper.  

Heading home

 After showers and close up and stop at Starbucks ... we are on the road at 7am.  Amazing husband drove for 12 hours and we stopped at Norman OK.  La Quinta was a great place, right next to a BBQ.. I spent most of the road time on my computer or Pic art.  One of the outstanding happenings was the population recognizing Medal of Honor recipients with flags, along got road and on overpasses for over 9 miles.  Thank you Jesus for safe travels.  Cook boys at Awana awards, Measles at Lisa's awards. :)  Time to kill with bangs and tape picture.
