 Up for devo   We left around 8 for Cherokee, driving the pickup and the Jeep.  Mandy's car is in the shop and they will be using the Jeep for the time being.   Jason grilled brats for lunch with Jan and John, also.  We stayed thru the afternoon and Denny helped to set up the playground area by the swings.  Then he drove a bobcat to make trails thru the woodlands.  Around 7 they ordered Mexican and It was another amazing meal at the Cooks.   We got home about 9.  Out airbnb-er texted asking about where the lock box was.  She was in the machine shed not the garage.  Denny helped her out.

All the lisianthus planted.

Lord, now help them grow.  I was up early and went to IG around 8.  Nope, no one was playing pickleball,  I went to Joyces south of Storm Lake and bought some rocket snapdragons.  Mary Kay and John came to buy some hog panels and posts.  We visited for a while after they got all loaded and they toured the bunkhouse.  Mary Kay is so cute.  They are getting lambs from a neighbor to take care of and they needed hog panels and posts to make a grazing area for them.  After they left I planted all the lisianthus, one row of sunflowers and one row of zinnias and snapdragons.  So glad to get them in the ground.  

                                    

 

Home and study

It is almost 9:30 am.  I should get to doing something.  I've been up since 5 am just sitting, reading, and doing not much of anything.  I did get a second bunkhouse book ordered.  Only 65% off not 75%, but it is done and ordered.  I went outside and planted lisianthus, hopefully they will make it.  I always remember that Phillip said that plants are pretty forgiving.  Hurrah!! Denny planted his vegetable garden.  I watered some plants that I put in the ground, like 210 lisianthus.   I went to study at 1:30, 9 gals were there.  At home Denny and I chilled by the creek and then grilled brats.  We went to bed pretty early and watched tv.  Such an exciting life.

 I headed north at 6:30.  DAB on the way is always good.  It was such a fun day.  The boys played in the basement and we went outside until lunch.  Naps after lunch, for me too.  And more outside playing.  Mandy beat Jason home.  

OGT

I love the quiet ness of the mornings.  A pheasant walked across the front yard,   I was encouraged by the verse, Psalm 107: 43.  "They will see in our history the faithful love of the Lord."  Lord, that is my prayer.  

I headed to IG to help at OGT.  After 11 I met Denny at Bomgaars, we shopped there, Food Pride and I stopped at Golf course and got a year membership there.  At home we unloaded, napped, I put flower plugs in soil blocks, Denny fixed the belt on the 4 wheeler, we had a family phone call with Luke, Missy and Matt and then I talked to Julie.  Denny grilled hamburgers and to bed we went.  

Just a perfect day!!

Up and Devo.   We took the pickup to Odebolt.  Hopefully it will get fixed.  It was an awesome dsay!!! We mowed, chilled and loved much!!   Funny to put a preggo kitty contest of guessing place, date and number of babies.  .  Praise Becky has surgery May 19th after she gets back from trip with family.  Lord, be with N. family, May they return to the states in June.... trusting You and You alone.    No airbnb-ers here yet,  but Denny and I  love each other....  I went out to roto-till and then I started at fire in pit.  They got here about 9:30.  Nice couple whose mother is in Alta.  

Such a happy mothers' day!!

 Actually for me it was almost a happy mothers week.  Monday with Cook boys and Kane joining us.  Tuesday and Wednesday with the Z Johnsons.  Thursday and Friday nights with the E Johnson.  Saturday leave Luke and Sunday I got a phone call from Nepal family and met Cooks in Galva for lunch.  At home we napped and Denny worked at the computer paying license fees and looking up what went wrong with the pickup.  I got phone calls from Luke and Matt.  All in all a very good week.  Sunday school class the the ladies was SO nice.  Visiting and prayer time.  Jason is feeling better finally after his wisdom teeth extraction 2 weeks ago.  Becky is feeling a little better after hurting her wrist.  LORD, GRANT WISDOM as Doctors look at her injury and they decide what to do about planned trip to visit Jenny's sister in S. Carolina.   Wonderful day/week!!
