Easy day Golf Banquet Day

I am liking taking a swig of Nyquil to help me sleep.   We were slow moving around.  Coffee, devo, and head to PB court at 8.  There was a mist and then a drizzle that had us stop at 9:30.  I stopped by Kathy's because she has a new grand daughter.  Denny gave me peon assignments to work on tax info.  Gail shared a lentil soup.  Good on a chilly day.  Info on 8x8 book order, $32.  At 3:30 we started warming up smoked pork for golf gathering.  There were 29 golfers.  Denny smoked the pork, Jerry made the baked potatoes, Fay made the baked beans, I made raw broccoli and caulflower salad.  The gal who lives across from Finchers made and decorated the cake.  Finchers had small conainers of sour cream, BBQ sauce, green onions, butter and cheese for loaded potatoes.  We fed all the people in about 7 minutes.  It worked so slick.  Nice, meal, nice program, nice people.  Rod was under the weather so the dance was canceled.
