Lunch in Omaha with friends

Up and ran 3.6 miles. So slowly. Headed to Paulsruds and looked at flowers Bob would have for Beth's wedding this weekend. Looks good. Then to Mapleton where I met Susan and Teresa and we headed to Omaha. T's checkup turned out great... PTL!!! Met Kathy at Foodie for lunch, then to Marks for dessert. It was so great just to sit and listen and visit. Got home about 6, ate a quick bite and then to book discussion at Cherry Creek. Good day!!
