Thursday night ... making salsa and Denny's Jalepinio peppers

Denny said Jeff and Aileen stopped by the bank to say Hi today. I called Missy o the way home and we started to work on Salsa, etc about 5 We got lots done when we worked until 1 am. Here is the list: 6 quart and 14 pint jars of jalapeno peppers, 3 trays of sliced red green peppers (Trays are lids to under bed storage tubs) 4 cookie sheets of bacon wrapped poppers, 3 cookie sheets of cheese stuffed peppers (we ran out of bacon) Uffta! Oh what a night. :) Oh ya...plus 12 - 3 cup bags of salsa 8 - 3 cup bags of chopped tomatoes AND. 2-3 more gallon bags of chopped red and green peppers that missy took to her freezer.  31
