On the farm with Grandpa

Up at 7. Kane didn't get awake until almost 8. Grandpa fixed sausage for the Grands down here. I did wash and phoned in another order from Burpees. About 10 we all went outside. The weather was great. I cleaned up some flower beds, Gpa looked at the grill. AT noon we ate chicken Alfredo and mixed vegetables with Jensens, Then Kane got a shower from Gpa and he went down for a nap. We met Hirschmans about 4 for the kid exchange in Holstein. It was great having Kane at the farm. He played so nicely. Pretty cute… when you put a handkerchief up to blow his nose. He blows with his mouth instead of through his nose. Also, that Johnson young man knows that a toot is funny. I was changing his diaper and he passed gas and laughed right out loud. Cute. Later the next morning as I was in the bathroom getting ready he came in. I didn’t really know he was there and I must have let one slide. He laughed right out loud again and said …”toot?” That guy kept us smiling the whole time he was here. From Holstein we went to IG Bomgaars to find parts for grill. Then to Denison Bomgaars to look for more parts. The Denison store had a grill on clearance and so we decided to get it and return the parts. Next we drove to Atlantic to eat Mexican with Gail and Bruce and spend the night there. We played 5. Nice to spend time with them. Pictures are of the Thursday night we picked up Kane. Denny wanted to go to Bomgaars and so we did. Kane liked to look at the Chicks, but wasn't really enthusiastic about touching them.
