Brooks is 4. Yippee!! Up and out for donuts with Brooks and Anabel. At SS he put his 4 coins in the church bank with Tori. After church we ate a birthday meal of corn dogs, cucumbers, and birthday cake that was shaped in an army vehicle. I took a short nap. Then at 4:30 we went to church to take passengers up to Meridan to hear Hugo speak. On the way home a deer ran in front of us. UFFTA. Denny called in and reported it. We waited for a deputy, then were able to drive it home. Uffta!! What a day brings.
Pictures from Brooks birthday!!
For over 50 years my mom, Bernice Newhouse, kept a journal, usually in spiral notebooks with the year written on the outside. Mom died in April 2008. In December 2008 my son, Luke, tried to get me into the 21st century with a blog site. This is kind of in remembrance of Mom and an update for my kids of my day to day life. Nothing exciting or noteworthy...I'm just thankful to God for all He has given me. What a great Lord we have.
