Steam Engine days and class reunion

I fixed breakfast at Bruce's and when he got home from work at 6:30 we had sausage, eggs and toast. We walked around his acreage. Nice place. We headed to Decorah about 9 and he headed to bed. He played in a golf calcutta at 1. Their team got second and he came out head aver $300. Nice afternoon for him. We visited with Lenora L. at Wellington. She has broken her leg and moved from assisted living to skilled care. We headed to Mabel about 11. Steam Engine parade. Lots of Steam Engines and LOTS of tractors. In fact, I don't believe there was a single tractor left on the farm in Filmore county. We watched some of the parade with Diane and Tom. Then down to the fairgrounds and we saw Bill and Steve K. The reunion started at 5 at the Winery. 11 out of 33 there. 4 have died. We had it until 10. Then back to Bruces and to bed.
