Smoked loin with friends

Lovely day.  Denny and I were so looking forward to having friends over for supper.  Susan and Gordon, Mary Kay and John came after 5.  Denny had started smoker around 9:30.  He was disappointed that the loin was dryer that he had hoped.  The rest of the meal was amazing.  Rice, asparagus with Hollandiase sauce, wonderful green salad that Susan brought and cookies from MK and ice cream.   After walking around we sat by the fire.  Wonderful night.
