Wonderful morning.
I put together flowers for Susan/church. We started work on our pickup
kidnapper. Make that pickup "camp napper" or Becky named it a "redneck hotel". Julie P came over for the Mexican gift we brought home for her. Kids landed in Chicago about 2:30. Lord, may they have a safe uneventful ride home in their rented car. Sophi and Kathi stopped with some welcome to Iowa gifts. Nice to have a visit with them. Denny and I went to Bomgaars and got some grommets for our red neck hotel. We worked it and then had an excel meal of Tiefenthaler steak, asparagus, and strawberries. Then the waiting began. The Jensens got here about 10:45. Thank you, Jesus!!! What an answer to prayer.
It was Matt's family's last service at Green Valley. Thank you, Jesus, for that church home. We have been blessed by seeing how the church loved, supported, encouraged growth in Matt's family and gave them a place to serve. One great thing about Christian friends ... we will spend eternity with them praising the Lord.
