visit to Hog unit

I started my sanity workout last night. Finished it this am. ... then insanity. My computer hard drive quit. I am to use a silver laptop. Runner was not in school today. One student finished his I Assessment during detention. Went to rec center to meet Denny after he got done visiting hog unit. I ran/walked 8 and biked 8. At home we had fabulous pork burgers and Chinese salad. This is the first morning I am encouraged about weight loss and I wore looser pants... so I feel good about the progress on insanity. Great meal and talking to Denny at night. Pictures are from the unit August 2003/water line worked on.
