Sanity and insanity workout. Hurrah!!! Doug came in about lunchtime ... and had the info from my downed computer. Made my day. Made hot cocoa in independent living. First track meeting. I met with Larry afterwards about assistant track coach. Denny and I met at the rec center. I walked/ran 4 and biked 4. Pictures from Awana family night 2003 I think.
