I was a little slow getting around this am. I think icing it helped. Mandy made me an appointment with Becky Chiropractor in Cherokee. It was for 1:30. I think it helped. I have another appointment next Wednesday. I also stopped to see Tessa and arrange an appointment for next Wednesday also. I picked up Tyler and he was awesome during my time. We went to the library, picked up Jack after school, had french fries at Family table and headed home. I took Jack to gymnastics. Good supper, worked on computer
