Well, I slept mediocre in the bunk house. Perhaps I was excited for the next day, perhaps the fan was too close to me and so I moved it away and slept from 2:30 til 6 when we got up. Denny started the smoker 7 and at 9 started breakfast bacon, cheese eggs, and OJ. It was wonderful. We just hung around all day. In the late afternoon the 2 families set up slip and slide for a kickball game. Lots of laughs, sliding, running. Denny was SO happy to have the soccer field put to use. He said it was worth mowing and upkeep just to have them use the grassy space tonight.
