Up and devo. I sanded in the bunkhouse upper room before going to IG. And I took off the hangy down metal base of the floor/ceiling vent. At 9 I played pickle ball with Sue, Craig, Marilyn and Pam. At 11 I went to the Memorial Day presentation at the Skate Palace. Once again the Avenue of Flags was beautiful. After the service I walked around and then got 2 lunches to bring home to Denny. He had finished putting all the ends and pieces of insulation on the south wall. We glued it and then started on the putting up of the pretty porch door. Well, that took A LOT longer than we had thought. The porch floor is very uneven and I'm sure that was part of the problem. Denny persevered and YES, WE HAVE A PRETTY PORCH DOOR!!! Upon completion we started a fire of sticks down by the creek. As we grilled hamburgers we visited with our airbnb guests. We ate down by the creek before heading to bed. Brave heart has moved her kittens 4 times since birthing them. This last time it was on the bench of the tool area of the machine shed by the window. YUP, we thought we would look at them before we went in the house, BUT she was moving them to a new spot (again) and we only got a few pictures of the 2 kittens that she had left to move.
