After wedding garden party.

Wow, what a beautiful morning!!! I moved table around in sunroom and put tableclothes on the deck table.  Denny got out cords, pans, and tables to fix bacon on the deck.  I started baking one egg casserole and drove into town about 7 to get mason jars.  Met Keith running and gave him a ride back to the hotel.  Aunt B's brought cut up fruit at 8:30. (served about 4 gallon containers.)  People started coming about 9.  I was out with Keith near the CSA and Missy beckoned me.  Luke, bless his heart, was cracking eggs to make more casserole.  I only had one baked and one in the oven.  We worked together and got 2 more in the oven.  (We served 4 warm egg casseroles, plus one that had been frozen in muffin tins).  Becky and Karen were keeping the cinnamon roll trays and fruit platters full.  (We served 6 dozen cinnamon rolls and had one left over to send home with Becky) Matt stopped counting after making 10 pots of coffee.   Denny was a frying chef making bacon and putting it on skewers.  (He fixed 20 pounds of bacon.)  What fun!! At noon, Justin brought wonderful veggies.  Luke had heated up maidrites from Schrums so they were ready to eat with buns and chips from Cooks.  I had the mason jars, clippers and a 5 gallon bucket of water for anyone who wanted to pick flowers.  Everyone thought the morning was wonderful, especially me. It was great to have a little more visiting time with friends and family.  Matt said Dad was keeping up pretty well with bacon until the Linman boys arrived, and then we kinda ran out.   Every one thought the flowers were beautiful.  Lots of people took home flowers.  I am so glad I could share them with others.   Lots of questions for Phillip about CSA.  It was wonderful sitting and talking out in the yard with Bergmans, Whitneys, Olsons, Larsons, Cooks, Johnsons, Jensens after most of the people had left.  That is one memory I will cherish all my life.  Then time to clean up.  Denny started in basement, Youslings came and helped do dishes in Missy's kitchen.  Tables and chairs got carried in and put away.  Mandy and Jason got leftover food from reception divided and packaged.  They also got mason jars put away. Then they headed to IG to put skate palace stuff in Dad's trailer. After cleanup was done, we showered and headed to Cherokee.  Matt went with us. John fixed great steaks before Jason and Mandy started opening wedding gifts.   So many nice things.   Matt typed the list on to an excel sheet.   While we were there Jason and Mandy decided on renting the house they had looked at Thursday am.  They can store gifts in one room there and so we took them over and got to look at their new place. So nice.  What a great day!!! .................................................................................................................................................CAN'T BELIEVE I DID NOT POST ON AUGUST 2, 2014 ..............................................................................................................................................................MANDY AND JASON COOK's WEDDING Saturday Got out egg casserole in muffin shape, bagels that Becky had brought from St. Joe, bought strawberries and cherries.
