FM, but no study

I made 5 batches of pesto this am.    Then started on 13 bunches of flowers for the FM.  No study this afternoon, most were gone out of town.  After FM I headed to Holstein.  Uffta!  There was a zoning meeting in Rose Mary Clausen Center.   Lots of cussing and discussion.  The proposal on a whole was not passed, but 3 items would be proposed to the board of supervisors: 1500 feet distance, not greater than 50 decibles outside the home, and call register for complaints with resolution noted.
