We got a greatly needed rain .. about an inch. I pulled some weeds in the flower garden. We left for BC about 9:30 to pass out water bottles on the parade. I had a nice visit with Lorie I. before the parade started. We probably passed out 1500 water battles. It is a bigger parade than Odebolt ro Ida Grove. Afterwards we were invited to Doses. They grilled brats, burgers and Joann had a amazing meal. Twas good to visit with all of the Hammerstrom family. `
At home we napped and then I weeded the weedy mess.
