Thursday August 30

I was quiet at Howard’s this am. He was resting. He said he had a better night than last night. At school a student is struggling in woods class. It seems too late to switch to another class. Geography class has a test tomorrow. Of course, the student knows is all and so does not think he has to study. It is such a test of patience to try to help them when they know it all. We planned food lab for tomorrow. I gave the career class a random act of kindness and treated them to cherry dessert. After school I ran the trail for 40 minutes and then headed to get a haircut. Luke texted today that there had been a blast at the plant today. No one was hurt. Praise the Lord. Thank you for keeping Luke and everyone safe. Pictures are from 2008. We had a lunch together at the beginning of the summer for the gals who were coming to Bible study at my home. What a sweet bunch of gals. And quite a few little ones.
