Nan and I went golfing in the morning. It was a beautiful morning, but more comfortable in the shade than in the sun. Then we went to the grocery store and she got some fruit for this weekend. At 11 we met one of her friends, Marci, for lunch. After eating, she invited us over to her screened in room to visit. Jane came to Nan's about 5. She's planning to go to Art on the Square with Nancy tomorrow. She gave a ride to Madison to a mom and her 2 sons to visit a third son who works in Madison. Justine and Nancy are in Rome. We sat in Nan's yard for a while then took Mexican food to Betsy and Wade's home. I hadn't met Maggie before. Kinda fun to see a light haired little girl. Hopefully like her mom, (though she doesn't look very happy in this picture). Betsy had a slow pitch softball game about 7:30. We went and watched it. Nice to visit on the bleachers after the game. Luke called. He is at the farm. He was in Columbus this am, Then Chicago, Then Burlington, Then Vinton, (met Cody S.) Then Cody S. drove to the farm. Luke was pretty shot. When Denny got off work at 6:30, Luke was asleep on the sofa. They grilled pork loin steaks and vegetables for supper. Anabel had Chemo this am. Left for SC about 9:30 with Gary joining them. They didn't get home until after 6. Long day for them too. Gary and Anabel worked together on the word puzzle Missy sent. They got all but 1 word. Thanks Missy, for filling up the long day. Today Jensens are heading up to Bemidji Minn. for a week in Hirschman's cabin.
